We collect and store the following data from the website enquiry form and the booking in process:
Student name, address, date of birth, school and academic year
Parent/guardian’s name, contact number, email address
Details of any Special Educational Needs

We collect and store the following data via the documents received directly from you during the recruitment process:
Name, current address + address history, date of birth, email address
ID / Right to Work details
DBS details (including criminal history)
Education certifications
Photo and bio details for Welcome Pack

2.1 Client/Student
You directly provide NEGU Tuition Services Ltd with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Submit an enquiry online
Disclose information during telephone consultation.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

3.1 Client/Student
NEGU Tuition Services Ltd collects your data so that we can:
Arrange the sessions
Plan and manage your personal learning plan

Assess that you meet the safer recruitment requirements

Please note, any personal contact details (email/mobile number) that are provided to the client are for use in connection with NEGU Tuition Services. To comply with safeguarding and Data Protection the client must not pass on these details to any other person without express permission of the owner. This include sharing the details with students.
4. How do we store your data?
4.1 Client/Student
NEGU Tuition Services uses a CRM tool to manage communications and documents between us and our clients, the CRM tool provider is TutorCruncher and is referred to in GDPR terms as the “data processer”.
NEGU Tuition Services Ltd additionally securely stores your data in Microsoft OneDrive. NEGU Tuition Services Ltd is an agent for the introduction of one or more tutors to you and subsequently provides restricted access to your personal information to the assigned tutor/s via OneDrive and TutorCruncher The tutors we use have relevant safeguards in place to protect your data in the same way that we do.
Both G Suite and TutorCruncher meet adequacy and security requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).
In addition to storing data virtually, tutors may create a physical folder that is used during your tutoring sessions that holds only the students name as an identifier. Outside of these sessions the folder is stored in a locked storage area.
NEGU Tuition Services Ltd will keep your personal details for 3 years following cease of service / employment. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data / shred it if a physical folder
4.2 Staff
NEGU Tuition Services Ltd securely stores your data within TutorCruncher. TutorCruncher meets the adequacy and security requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). Only the management/central admin team have access to information you have provided and the permissions are restricted accordingly.
NEGU Tuition Services Ltd will keep your personal details for 3 years following cease of service / employment. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
5. Cookies

7.1 Spoton.net
Our site is hosted by Spoton.net Limited (registered company number 06139437 in England and Wales). The log records the time of the request, your IP address, the requested resource, the referring site (if specified by your browser), and your browser’s user agent string (which will usually include the name and version of your browser and operating system). Log files are deleted after ninety days.

Our site is served through Cloudflare.
